Field-Installed Electrical Interlock Kits
Electrical interlocks for Series F 100–200 A general duty safety switches and Series F 60 A fusible general duty safety switches are available in kit form for field installation. Each kit contains instructions for proper field mounting. A pivot arm operates from switch mechanism, breaking the control circuit before the main switch blades break. Switches with electrical interlocks installed are UL Listed.

Field-Installed Lug Kit for 400–600 A General Duty Switches
GD4060LK is a field-installed lug kit for 400 A and 600 A general-duty safety switches (Series E01, E02, and E03). It provides secure conductor terminations for both copper and aluminum wire, ensuring dependable electrical performance and mechanical retention. The kit accommodates conductor sizes from 1/0 AWG to 600 kcmil and supports configurations of up to two 1/0-600 kcmil conductors or four 1/0-250 kcmil conductors, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial installations.

The field instable line side barrier kits are required to meet National Electric Code (NFPA 70) for service entrance applications. Barrier kits protect against inadvertent contact with line side, uninsulated, ungrounded or service terminal live parts.
