QOB High Interrupting and Specialty Circuit Breaners

Schneider Electric’s QOB High Interrupting and Specialty Circuit Breakers are engineered to provide reliable circuit protection for commercial, industrial, lighting, HVAC, and specialty electrical applications. Available in 1-, 2-, and 3-pole configurations with common trip options, ampere ratings, and interrupting capacities, these breakers are designed to protect electrical systems from overloads and short circuits while meeting demanding performance, safety, and code-compliance requirements.

High Interrupting and Specialty Circuit Breakers

High Interrupting and Specialty Circuit Breakers features QOB-VH, QHB, QOB-HID, and QOB-SWN circuit breakers. Voltage ratings range from 120 Vac to 240 Vac, and ampere ratings ranging from 10 A to 150 A depending on the model.

High-interrupting QOB-VH breakers provide up to 22 kA AIR, while QHB models offer up to 65 kA AIR for locations requiring enhanced fault-current protection. Specialty configurations include HID-rated breakers for fluorescent and high-intensity discharge lighting systems and Switch Neutral (SWN) breakers that meet NEC 514.11 requirements. The following information in the table provides detailed catalog numbers, application ratings, UL certifications, and conductor compatibility information to support correct breaker selection and installation.
