TeSys™ K Contactors and Overload Relays

TeSys™ K Contactors and Overload Relays are compact motor control and protection components designed for industrial and commercial applications. The system combines miniature contactors with thermal overload relays to provide reliable motor switching and overload protection. Available in non-reversing, reversing, and 4-pole configurations, TeSys K contactors support AC and DC coil options with ratings up to 12 A AC-3 motor duty and 20 A UL general-purpose current, with horsepower ratings up to 10 HP at 460 V and 12 HP at 575 V (selected models). They are UL Listed, CSA certified, and compliant with major international standards, including IEC.

TeSys™ K Non-Reversing Mini-Contactors

Schneider Electric's TeSys™ K Non-Reversing Mini-Contactors are compact motor control contactors designed for reliable switching of motors, resistive loads, and general-purpose industrial control applications. Available in AC and DC coil versions, including low-consumption DC models with built-in transient suppression, these contactors offer compact installation, screw-clamp terminals, and multiple auxiliary contact configurations.

The TeSys™ K series provides versatile and space-saving contactor solutions for OEM machinery, HVAC systems, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and other industrial automation applications. The product line includes 3-pole and 4-pole non-reversing contactors, as well as mechanically interlocked 4-pole versions, with ratings up to 12 A AC-3 motor duty and 20 A AC-1 resistive duty.

TeSys™ K Overload Relays are compact thermal overload protection devices designed for use with TeSys K 3-pole contactors. They provide reliable motor protection against overload conditions in AC and DC applications, making them suitable for industrial control panels, motor starters, and machinery applications. TeSys™ K LR2K series overload relays feature Class 10 performance, current ranges from 0.11 A to 14 A, manual or automatic reset capability, and UL/CSA certification support.

TeSys K Reversing Mini-Contactors

The Schneider Electric TeSys™ K Reversing Mini-Contactor is a compact, UL Listed motor control solution that combines two mechanically interlocked contactors into a single reversing assembly. Available with AC or DC coils and auxiliary contact options, it delivers dependable forward/reverse motor control for industrial and OEM applications.
